Arc de Triumph Napolean had this arc built to signify all his victories in battle. Inscribed in the arc are the names of the battles he has won as well as the names of soldiers he lost in battle. The road around the arc is a circle with 12 spokes. By law, all traffic within the circle must yield to traffice entering the circle.
